Gracias por la información. Ya conocemos este problema. Suele ocurrir en archivos que contienen muchas imágenes, donde algunas páginas pueden aparecer en blanco o faltar. Actualmente estamos trabajando para solucionarlo.

El archivo se queda parado cuando le queda un 10 porciento, cuando va por 90 y no avanza más, y no descarga mi documento.
